The Surrey Downs Community Club has been serving residents of Surrey Downs since 1962 as a non-profit community club whose members have the right to govern and control all of its activities through an annually elected board.  

As outlined in the By-Laws (full copy available here), SDCC will “seek to promote all issues of concern to the community and to preserve its residential character. The organization shall be a mechanism to inform and obtain opinion from the members on issues affecting the community and take appropriate actions”.

The Surrey Downs Community Club is run entirely by volunteers who help keep our neighborhood connected, informed, and engaged.

Just One Hour a Month

We are always looking for neighbors who would like to get involved. We know your time is valuable, so we keep the commitment manageable.

Board meetings are just one hour per month, on the first Tuesday of each month.

You can join the Board, help with one of our three annual social events, or volunteer occasionally when your schedule allows.
