SDCC Board Meeting

SDCC Board Meeting Wednesday (2/28) at 7:30-9pm, Room 1E-109 at City Hall. Plenty to discuss including the plans for the Red Lion site, development on the Hilton site and the Bellevue Club, plus the plans for a new bridge at 2nd across the freeway, rebuilding of Main St bridge, new lanes on the 405 and new ramps somewhere! Plus 114th will be widened and the ST3 route will join the route currently under construction with overhead rail bridges by the park.

• Status of East Link Main Station Transit Oriented Development (Note that there is an open house on 2/14 at City Hall from 4-6pm)
• Status of new fencing around park and park redevelopment schedule
• UW Dept. of Urban Design and Planning would like to do a class project involving Surrey Downs Neighborhood residents
• Adding board members to SDCC
• Annual Meeting Planning
