{"id":229,"date":"2015-05-03T11:04:43","date_gmt":"2015-05-03T19:04:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/surreydowns.cc\/sd\/?page_id=229"},"modified":"2023-05-13T21:22:11","modified_gmt":"2023-05-14T04:22:11","slug":"sdcc-board","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/surreydowns.cc\/sd\/sdcc-board\/","title":{"rendered":"SDCC Board"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Board members click<\/b><a href=\"http:\/\/surreydowns.cc\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b> HERE <\/b><\/a><b>to login to our private working area.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Surrey Downs Community Club has been serving residents of Surrey Downs since 1962 as a<span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> non-profit community club whose members have the right to govern and control all of its activities through an annually elected\u00a0board.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>As outlined in the By-Laws (<a href=\"http:\/\/surreydowns.cc\/sd\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/SDCC-By-Laws-2015-.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">full copy available here<\/a>), SDCC will &#8220;<span style=\"font-size: medium;\">seek to promote all issues of concern to the community and to preserve its residential character.
